Trisha Miller is thrilled to return to the Trinity Shakespeare Festival, where last season she played Olivia in Twelfth Night and Lady Capulet in Romeo and Juliet. She received her MFA in Acting from Wayne State University in Detroit and was an associate artist at Kentucky Repertory Theatre for three seasons, where her work spanned some 15 shows, including Catherine in Proof, Kate in Taming of the Shrew and Emily Dickinson in the one-woman play The Belle of Amherst. Favorite productions: Crimes of the Heart at Theatre Three (Column Award nominee- Best Actress), Chapter Two at Jewish Ensemble Theatre, The Miracle Worker at Dallas Children’s Theatre (Dallas Observer: Top 10 of 2007), [sic] at Stage West (Star Telegram: Top 10 of 2005), and The Last Mass at St. Casimir’s at Circle Theatre. Film credits include One of Us, Knock Knock on My Door, and most recently, Gus Van Sant’s Restless. Trisha has taught acting for Western Kentucky University, Michigan State University, Dallas Children’s Theatre and Kentucky Rep. She’s a proud member of Actors’ Equity Association since 2003 and is represented by Ryan Artists. Trisha was most recently seen in the world premiere of the highly-physical, experimental play Tick Tack Type at Imago Theatre in Portland, Oregon. This one’s for TCB.
