Amy Shuffield

Amy Shuffield (production) is from Midlothian, Texas and a spring 2010 graduate of Texas Christian University, receiving her B.F.A. in Theatre with an emphasis in design and a minor in French. Recently, Amy designed costumes for Theatre TCU's production of No Exit and won first place for her costume renderings for said production at the USITT Regional Symposium. She has previously completed scene design for Theatre TCU’s productions of Almost, Maine  and Talking With. Other production assignments have included Private Lives  (assistant scene design), Lone Star/Laundry & Bourbon (set crew head), Anything Goes (property crew head), Hamlet (lighting crew), and We Need A Little Christmas (sound crew). After graduation, she plans to pursue her M.F.A. in Theatre with an emphasis in scene design with her long-term goal being a professional scene designer for stage.
